What should I expect for our photo session? I will meet you at our decided chosen location in casual clothing for
an hour of photography in comfortable surroundings. I will provide props
that we discuss in advance.
How long does a session take? A full session takes lasts for one hour. If you desire more time, additional time can be arranged.
Newborn sessions tend to run about 2 hours to account for feedings and extra lovies.
What is included in the sitting price? *a one hour picture session , my time and talent, props, and all the editing that goes along with fantastic pictures.
Can I print my own pictures? Yes. If you have purchased the CD from me, it comes with a copyright release form. This gives you permission to print where, when, and how many prints you choose. If you do not purchase the CD, prints and downloads are available on the gallery website a la cart. You may not duplicate or copy those. The copyright release form is very specific about your options.
Where do we take the pictures? I meet you at a location that we decide ahead of time. I can take pictures at your home, or location of choice. I do not guarantee pictures at locations that I have never been to before. Lighting, backgrounds, and time of day are key ingredients to great pictures.
You can ask me for ideas or you can tell me a place you have in mind.

Do you travel? Not too far from home...I do most of my sessions in the Auberry/Tollhouse/Prather area.
I will travel to Fresno/Clovis for full sessions with no travel fee. Anything outside of that 40 mile radus incurs a travel fee. If you really want me somewhere it never hurts to ask, I'll try my best to accommodate!
Do you take pictures inside? All of my sessions take place outside in natural light...early morning or dusk is the ideal time.
I especially love cloudy days. Newborn pictures are the only pictures I take indoors.
When do we pay for our session? You can pay me at the end of our session by cash or check. I also accept credit cards. There is an extra processing fee, and you must notify me in advance that you are paying this way. I have to bring the fun little swipey thing.
Is there anything to sign?
Yes, I ask that you sign a contract at the beginning of our session that is a Client Release Form.
If you would like to preview this form before the session, please ask and I will happily send you a copy.
If you choose to purchase the CD, your signed copyright release form will be issued with your CD.
What if it rains? What if it pours? What if we get sick? What if you get sick? What if...
We reschedule as soon as possible.
When we take pictures outside the weather is the boss..so flexibility is paramount.
I am a momma...so sometimes life happens to me too... I rarely have to reschedule for anything other than weather.
I request that if you have to reschedule for any other reason than sickness that you give me 48 hours in advance notice. I offer one grace reschedule, after that I require a deposit to hold your appointment.
We reschedule as soon as possible.

I recommend not wearing all white or all black...details get lost with those two colors.

Do you do weddings? Yes. I offer custom packages since every wedding is different. Contact me and we can chat.
What should we bring with us to our session? Your happy faces! Please come dressed in your outfit. Most locations I use do not have a an area for changing. Bring any special props you want used in the session that we have discussed in advance.If you have little ones, bring bribes. Seriously. Think fruit snacks, goldfish, anything that will encourage your child to cooperate.
Be patient. Kids are NOT perfect during sessions. It happens. Often, it makes for even awesom-er pictures.
