I am a true mountain girl.
My husband and I have built our home in the town that I grew up in,
and I am smitten to raise our children here.
We have chickens, pigs, dogs, cats, and heirloom tomatoes.
I like to can food from the garden, get my hands in the dirt, craft,
and go to sleep with a clean kitchen.
I love cold spaghetti sandwiches, and a cup of coffee in the morning is a must.
I resigned my position as a 3rd grade teacher when my daughter was born so I could be a mommy first.
I stumbled into photography by wanting to capture every moment of her....and her little brother.
Soon I learned just how much I enjoyed taking pictures, not just of my own family...but of others.
I really consider it a privilege to be invited into your lives to capture some memories for you.
